
Himam Trail Run Race 2025, is one of the top ultra marathons and trail races in the Middle East. Himam trail run race 2025 will take place in the amazing country of Oman between 11-13 December of 2025. With long distances of 50km trail race and another 110km trail race. Also short distance of 20km race for those who want o get the experience and save there energy. In addition to the main races there are fun trail races for distances of 1,2,4,5,10kms for the young and families.

The Himam trail run race has been in action for more than 5 years now, where it established a main cornerstone in the trail running events of the Middle east.
Also During December of 2025 there will be other races in the middle east as Pyramids Half Marathon.
The Himam trail run race 2025 will have three main distances the details of which are below:
THE HAJAR ULTRA 110km
A 110km race on the trails of Al Hajar range mountains.

- Time limit: 32 Hours
- Start line: Al Hamra
- Finish line: Birkat Al mouz
- Elevation gain: 5700m

- Start/Finish: Al Hamra to Bait Al Rudaida, Birkat Al-Mouz.
- Terrain: Includes farms, ancient villages, steep climbs, rocky descents, canyons, paved roads, and wadis.

- Passes through Misfat Al Abryeen, Hail Al-Juwary, Sharaf Al-Alamyn, Qiyut (highest point), Al Roos, Al-Muhaibes, Hail Al Diyar (main aid station), Aqabat Al-Biyout, Safi Sahra, Wadi Bani Habib, Saiq, Al-Aqar, Sallut, Masirat Al-Rawajeh, and Al-Muaydin.
- Includes a cable crossing at Alila Hotel with technical assistance.
- Requires caution on steep descents and rocky terrain, especially at night.
- Features a mix of technical trails, paved roads, and wadi crossings.
- The race length is actually 114km.
- Challenge: A demanding course requiring physical and mental endurance, with significant elevation changes and technical terrain.
SKYWARD CANYON 55km

the races starts from different places The 110km race starts from Al Hamra and the 50km race starts from Izki. while the 20km start and the finish for all races is at Birkat Al Mouz. Personally I prefer to have my stay at the finish line and drive for the start line on the race day only.
