Participants follow a single loop that passes by the Menara Gardens, the city’s 12th-century walls, and sandy pathways filled with palm trees, orange trees and olive trees. Annually, runners from across the world come to Morocco to participate in the famous Marathon.
The 35th edition of the International Marathon of Marrakech has been set for Sunday, January 26, 2025, and will be attended by over 12,000 participants from all over the world.

General information about the Marrakech Marathon
- The race usually takes place in the Avenue de la Menara (Hivernage) / Behind Sofitel Hotel.

- Days prior to the race, you can often pick up your bibs in the Marathon Village. An email confirmation is required to receive your bib number.
